Fembot

I don't know how many of my tiny pool of readers are Alias fans, but as I've mentioned a few times, Brad and I are watching the episodes on DVD this summer. We're most of the way through season 2 now and all I have to say is (and I hope this isn't much of a spoiler): fembot?!

I've heard that this show devolves into something really weird by the later seasons. But I've been so in love with it for these past few weeks that I'll be really sad if it starts to get too bizarre to function. So far, it's just a little bit weird, but I'm starting to get scared. Sidney, Vaughn, and JJ, please give me at least one more good season, ok?

Why??? I am fine with weird sci-fi things as long as I know that's what I'm getting into (Fringe, Lost, etc.), but I don't like how unexpected this was. Even though I had been warned. Boo!

oh i think i know what you're talking about now...at first i was all "fembot? what?!" but I think I know. Tell me more so I can make sure I'm right and not give anything away if I'm wrong...and yes, it does get super weird. But I always loved Sydney the whole way through. I need to watch those again...

Yeah, it's not really a fembot. I'll tell you who I'm talking about. I just like to say fembot. I made up a song I sing to the tune of the Alias theme music about it.

"Look out now 'cause ______'s a fembot! You'd better watch out 'cause she's coming for you-ou!"
